Program description

Fiszman Tax Law sends text messages to individuals who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive them. Messages relate to consultation requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, and administrative updates on your file.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies, up to approximately 6 messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Fiszman Tax Law does not charge for text messages; charges from your mobile carrier are your responsibility.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and message delivery may be affected by network conditions.

Confidentiality

Text messaging is not a secure channel. Please do not send confidential or privileged information about your matter by text. Use email or telephone for substantive communications.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
